Public Meetings Meetings of the Board of Commissioners are open to the public and are generally held on the first Tuesday of every month at 4:00 p.m. in the DDD Conference Room, 201 St. Charles Avenue, Suite 3912. The schedule for 2010 is as follows: January 2009 - No Meeting
